Joanne Smith

Prior to founding Price to Profits Consulting in 2013, Joanne was the former Corporate Head of Marketing, Pricing and Customer loyalty for DuPont. Joanne transformed DuPont’s pricing from weak to outstanding while delivering unparalleled profits.

She is the author of The Price Negotiation Playbook, The Pricing and Profit Playbook and Pricing in a Crisis Playbook and on the faculty for the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) and The Institute for the Study of Business Markets (ISBM).

With more than 20 years of global business, marketing, sales and pricing expertise, she now works with B2B and B2B2C companies - around the globe - helping them develop world class pricing and profit strategies as well as training sales organizations.

Joanne is best known for her practical, pragmatic approach and her ability to build courage, confidence and conviction in businesses or commercial teams to take bold pricing actions.

Gloria Zhang

Senior Pricing Analyst

Gloria joined Price to Profits Consulting in 2020 after completing her Master of Business Administration. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

She has spent over 20 years working in diverse manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries in various business analyst, project management and IT management roles supporting sales, finance, supply chain and warehouse management.

Gloria is an expert in ERP system implementation, administration and user support including SAP B1&R3/SQL&HANA, data analytics, troubleshooting, customer service and document management.

Todd Freeman

Todd brings a wealth of marketing and pricing experience across multiple B2B and B2C. He has held key marketing and business leadership roles with DuPont, Tropicana, Snyder’s / Lance, & Bristol-Myers Squibb. He has also consulted with a variety of other companies in the chemical, consumer products, food / beverage, technology, financial, and pharmaceutical industries.

Todd led the pricing transformation project for DuPont managing global teams of marketing and information technology resources that operationalized pricing and profit management best practices, organizational capabilities and price management systems.

Neil spend the bulk of his career in Conoco and DuPont before becoming in independent consultant and affiliate partner of Price to Profits Consulting. Neil specialized in business strategy and pricing strategy and tactics for over 25 years.

While in DuPont, Neil, as a Senior Pricing Leader in the Corporate Marketing & Pricing Global Organization, led price improvement projects across many of DuPont’s diverse 53 businesses. We had a track record of leading these business to exceptional profit growth.
